Sedat ARI graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture in 2002 as a Metallurgical Engineer and completed his Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering at the same university in 2004, International Welding Engineering education at METU in 2008 and Executive MBA education at Bilkent University in 2017.
Sedat Arı started his career as a production chief in the foundry sector. After working as a Technical Sales Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Lincoln Electric Askaynak in 2008, Sedat Arı joined HİSARLAR Makina A.Ş. in 2009 and worked at Hisarlar Makina A.Ş. respectively; He worked as a Welding Engineer between 2009-2010, as Quality and Method Team Leader between 2010-2011, as Production Director between 2011-2013, as Factory Director between 2013-2015, as Business Units Director between 2015-2017, and as Production Operations Director between 2017-2020. He left Hisarlar Makina A.Ş. in 2020 and worked as the General Manager at Polat Makina within Polat Group Holding between 2020 and 2021.

Rüstem ÇAMLI, who graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department in 2008 with a first degree, started his career as a Quality Engineer at Akalın Heat Treatment Company in Ankara / Ostim after completing his military service in the same year.
Between 2009 and 2013, he worked as Quality Supervisor and Operations Supervisor at Bilecik Demir-Çelik company, which is still operating in Bilecik/Bozüyük, and worked as Production Manager in the last 2 years.

During this period, he worked as Quality Manager, Tavşanlı Factory Area Manager, Production Manager, and worked on Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Lean Practices. He has a 6 sigma green belt. As of 2023, he has been working as the Factory Manager.
