Born in Samsun in 1977, Oğuzhan Şahinkaya holds an engineering degree from Boğaziçi University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
He started his career in the education sector as an entrepreneur and continued in the fields of Construction, Agriculture, Educational Tourism, Furniture Manufacturing and Interior Architecture. Oğuzhan Şahinkaya is the Founder and Chairman of SEVA Holding, which consolidates its Bursa-based initiatives. He is also one of the important portfolio investors of Borsa İstanbul. ŞAHINKAYA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS is the family-run educational institution of Oğuzhan Şahinkaya. With 7 Schools on 3 campuses, it is one of the largest Private Schools in Turkey with ~400 Teachers, ~100 Support Staff and over 3,000 Students.
ŞAHİNKAYA CONSTRUCTION, was established in 2007 and specializes in corporate and commercial building projects. The completed building projects are over 75.000 m2.
SAVARRO FURNITURE was established in 1972 and operates in the furniture manufacturing and interior design sector with its 49 years of experience.

He was born in Tarsus in 1969. He graduated from Ankara Science High School in 1988 and ITU Industrial Engineering in 1992. He completed the "Managing Young Global Enterprises" program at INSEAD Business School in 2007.
He has senior management experience in the fields of Petrochemical, Polyester, Energy and Industrial Investment Projects, international companies, commercial processes, project and operation management.
As the Commercial Director of the largest industrial investment project in Turkey (Star Refinery), General Manager (CEO) of Turkey's largest polyester production company (Sasa - Advansa) and Europe's largest polyester production companies group (DupontSA - Advansa) He served as Group Purchasing and Logistics Director. He worked in company acquisition and merger processes, some of them at the top management position, and managed company and group restructuring projects.

He was born on March 3, 1948 in Sinop / Gümüşsuyu. He graduated from Göl Primary Teacher Training School in 1967 with the title of teacher.
Rasim Şahinkaya, who worked as a teacher within the Ministry of National Education in various parts of the country between 1967 and 1992, opened Şahinkaya Consultancy Ltd. Şti. in 1999, Şahinkaya Dershane in 2002 and Şahinkaya Educational Institutions in 2007. Since the day it was opened, he has been the General Manager of Şahinkaya Educational Institutions.
