Long Term Internship / Intern Engineer Program

Our long-term internship programs are a talent acquisition program prepared to meet the needs for the future within the framework of Hisarlar Human Resources planning.

Hisarlar is aware of the contribution of the career development of people who are studying at universities or who have just graduated, as well as the contribution of the education they receive, to their professional and personal development.

The programs given to the newly graduated people at the beginning of their careers, to show the ways to struggle in today's competitive conditions, and to offer career development opportunities are as follows:

  • Final year students (who do not have to attend to the classes), new graduates or graduate students in the departments of Machinery, Agricultural Machinery, Industry, Metallurgy and Materials, Materials Science, Business Administration or Manufacturing Engineering of universities can apply to our program.
  • Our program is applied for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year and starts in January every year.
  • Candidates who will work as an Intern Engineer are expected to work at least 4 full days a week.
  • Throughout the program, various internal trainings are organized to accelerate the orientation to the business world and Hisarlar.
  • At the end of the internship program, the internship program and the interns are evaluated by Hisarlar mentors, thus preparing the ground for continuous improvement.

During the time they work, their insurance and wages are covered by Hisarlar.

University Summer Internship Opportunities

Between June and September 2022, highly motivated summer university interns will be recruited to support the processes and projects of our relevant departments. Internship applications are made through University Summer Internship Applications are between 02 March - 02 May 2022.

Application requirements are as follows:

  • Only university 3rd or 4th year students will be evaluated for their applications.
  • The grade point average of the students who will apply must be at least 2.0 and above in the 4.00 system. Applications of students with a GPA below 2.0 will not be considered.
  • Applications of students who have an internship obligation or whose internship insurance is covered by the school will be evaluated.
  • The duration of the internship will be minimum 20 working days.
  • Interns are provided with a shuttle service and lunch.
  • The internship program will start on June 06, 2022.
