FORMING
Hisarlar offers a wide range of CNC forming services to our customers in our high quality and precise bending machines. These machines allow us to bend all kinds of structural steels from a few millimeters to a few meters in length and create complex forms in multiple positions using large industrial machines. With 600 tons of hydraulic bending machines, we can bend sheet metal up to 4100 mm. We shape steel or aluminum pipes using advanced CNC cutting and bending machines.
The cold forming process for parts, we process pipes with a maximum diameter of ø120 mm as well as square and rectangular pipes with a cross section up to 60 x 120 mm in the fastest, most precise and reliable way. Thanks to our machine park, we produce all these processes in our own capabilities in the fastest way and at optimum cost in line with customer requests.
